On 11 February 2026, lecturers from the School of Foreign Languages at İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University convened for a reflective discussion session centered on Pre-intermediate and Intermediate level programmes. The gathering served as a collaborative forum where lecturers exchanged experiences, reflected on their instructional approaches, and assessed their classroom practices. Throughout the meeting, they explored effective teaching methods, identified recurring challenges in two different levels, and proposed practical strategies to improve student participation and overall learning outcomes. The constructive and collegial atmosphere fostered peer support and enabled the sharing of proven techniques to better address the diverse needs of learners.
