About the Speaker:
Gülce Tuncel is pursuing a master’s degree in Psychology at İzmir Katip
Çelebi University. In her thesis, she developed a psychoeducation
program focused on managing work-related stress. She aims to raise
awareness about mindfulness through workshops designed for students.
