SPEAKING EXAM PROCEDURE

To conduct the speaking exam in a fair, quiet, and well-organized environment, the following rules will be implemented. Crowding and noise in front of classrooms and in the corridors may distract students who are currently taking the exam and negatively affect their performance. These rules are designed for the benefit of all students, ensuring that everyone can take the speaking exam under equal and comfortable conditions.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Speaking Exam – Corridor Rules

• Each student must be present in front of the classroom within the time slot announced on the website. Being at the beginning of the corridor 5 minutes before the exam time is sufficient.

• Minor delays may occur during the exam. However, a maximum of two students may wait in front of each classroom.

• If there are already two students waiting, the next pair should wait at the beginning of the corridor and approach the classroom only after the area in front of the door becomes available.

• Talking, whispering, or practicing exam answers in front of classrooms or in the corridor is not allowed.

• Group gathering in front of classrooms is not allowed. Only the assigned pair may wait in front of the classroom.

• Standing close to classroom doors or listening to the exam inside is strictly prohibited.

• Students who have completed the exam are strictly prohibited from waiting in front of classroom doors or in the corridors.

• After finishing the exam, students must leave the corridor quietly and as quickly as possible.

• Instructions given by invigilators and instructors must be followed at all times.

• Students who do not follow the rules will be warned, and further action may be taken if disruptive behavior continues.
