"You are learning a language but not using it. Thus, you are missing the most valuable part of learning a language process; having fun! In this session, we'll talk about overseas experiences' effects on speaking skills and you'll learn the types of overseas programs to which you can attend while studying at college. You'll hear the experiences of an English language teacher on WAT (Work and Travel) and Erasmus+ and get a chance to have a closer look at these social foreign programs.

Biodata of the Speaker

After earning her Bachelor's Degree in English Language Teaching from Hacettepe University, she worked for the Ministry of Education to practise her passion for teaching English. In addition to her primary job functions, she was recognized by her works with private high schools in Turkey. She has done an Erasmus + project in the Ministery of Education and she also attended WAT( Work and Travel) programme.
